SESSION RATES
Sessions are 50 minutes long
15 Minute Phone Consultation: Free
Initial Intake Assessment/ Diagnostic Evaluation: $210
Therapy Session: $180
I accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards
*note that there is a $100 charge for sessions cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment. I do not charge a cancellation fee in the event of illness or emergencies, but I do charge for cancellations due to work conflict.
INSURANCE
I am currently in network with Aetna, United Healthcare/ Optum, Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA) and Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS).

If you have insurance that Nourished Connections Counseling is not in network with, I can offer a Superbill for potential reimbursement. Prior to scheduling, please confirm with your insurance provider if this is necessary for you.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This requires healthcare professionals to provide uninsured or self pay clients a “good faith estimate” for the cost of their health care prior to receiving services. This will show the cost of items or services reasonably expected at the time of your service. If you receive a bill for more than $400 above the estimate, you can dispute the bill.
